Utilizing skills I have cultivated in my professional and educational experiences, I am currently starting a company that makes and sells oatmeal chocolate chip cookies free from the top 14 allergens. This company is inspired by my younger brother, who has over 15 severe and life-threatening allergies. My entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, passion for service, and hard work has allowed me to begin such a meaningful adventure.

My responsibilities include designing our logo, website, and labels; researching and selecting sustainable packaging; obtaining necessary licenses and permits; forming the LLC; acquiring insurance; networking with local stores and targeted markets; and creating Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis, year one projections, and recipe costing.
